Very user friendly, quick adoption by my sales team. It does a great job of keeping tracking of leads and clients, scheduling followup calls, and keeping track of important communication you've had with clients. Calls can be posted to Apple's Calendar which is really quick and easy. Also, their ipad app is fantastic- it has the same features of the desktop app.
Cons
No in-depth project tracking, just very basic.
Summary
It's a great user-friendly app for businesses running on the Mac. No, it's not free to use- it's a subscription based service. That's what SaaS is. If it were free, it would be worthless like the other CRM apps out there. You get what you pay for, and this app is well priced, and well worth the low monthly fees. I've been using it for 5 months now and the improved efficiency with my sales team has more than paid for the subscription fees.
Software $25 / Free Trial $99 ???

Pros
the thumbnail screenshot looks pretty.
Cons
Downloaded the software. It first connects to google to see if you have an internet connection and won't let you in without one. So it appears to be an app that won't work offline so forget about using it on an airplane.
If it does get google, then it connects to 2 or 3 other Ntractive servers before displaying a login screen. You have to signup to use the software, and the signup is 'only' $99. That's the free trial? Seriously? Maybe this is great software. I'll never know.
Summary
Maybe there is a path to a free trial somewhere. If so, they've hidden it well. But it looks like they put up a setup fee that's 400% of the software cost. Bad business decision. It's an app that requires you to be online. Very bad business decision. Good software? Who knows.
