Enjoy playing Elder Scrolls by Bethesda Game Studios? You can extend the entertainment of the gaming experience to your PC even when you're not playing by installing this nifty screensaver that features elements from Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (PlayStation 3) Screensaver installs quickly and unobtrusively to your Windows system. This free download doesn't launch its own interface; instead, users access the screens through the Windows Screensaver dialog box by way of the Personalization command on the right-click Desktop menu or through the Appearance and Personalization command on the Windows Control Panel. The Elder Scrolls option simply is added to the Screen saver dropdown list in the Screen Saver dialog box. These screensaver images performed very satisfactorily during our tests. As with any Windows screensaver, we were able to specify the number of idle minutes required to pass before the images kicked in. There are a nice number of images to rotate through--16--to keep the scene from getting dull. We like that the provided images are designed with 1,024x576-pixel screen resolution to ensure a nice, crisp image. The scenes vary in color scheme and tone: some are dramatic, others simply foreboding, still others capture a moment of frenzied action. All feature the characters that fans of the game will recognize and enjoy.

It's free. It's fun. Any fan of this game will appreciate this addition to their Elder Scrolls universe.
