  "Failed to register DLL"

  Pros: Easy to use.

  Cons: Did not register my DLL, in 32-bit Windows 7. I right-clicked it and chose "Run as administrator", browsed to the DLL, and clicked "Register DLLs". It reported "Failed! (Code: 3)".
  
  I tried running in XP compatibility mode, got the same result.

  Summary: I was just looking for a way to register DLLs on Windows 7 without the hassle of running a Command window in administrator mode and typing my way in it to the DLL. This utility seemed promising, but it didn't work at all.
