Failed to register DLL

Did not register my DLL, in 32-bit Windows 7. I right-clicked it and chose "Run as administrator", browsed to the DLL, and clicked "Register DLLs". It reported "Failed! (Code: 3)". I tried running in XP compatibility mode, got the same result.
Summary
I was just looking for a way to register DLLs on Windows 7 without the hassle of running a Command window in administrator mode and typing my way in it to the DLL. This utility seemed promising, but it didn't work at all. Note; this is not a problem with the DLL I was trying to register; regsvr32 never has any problem registering that DLL as long as I run it from Command window, and run the Command window as administrator.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jan 28, 2010<p/>Sorry, I meant that I clicked "Register", not "Register DLLs".
