This is supposed to edit MPEGs but when you go to save your mpeg it says it does not support saving mpeg files.
Summary
Serves no purpose other than to waste time. Wonderful if you're trying to get nothing done. It will do that very well.

Required re-install for each windows user account; no clear way to UN-install; no Start Menu icon; choosing which mpegs to join within a folder is only graphical (no way to list the files by name);
Summary
I installed the program on Windows Vista 64-bit in XP Compatibility mode
1) Required re-install for each windows user account
Even after installing as an administrator (while in a non-admin account), the program needed to be re-installed if run from the admin account directly. Otherwise, after choosing a folder for the Quick Joiner, no mpeg's were recognized.
2) After having to install the program twice for two different accounts, I realized there's no clear way to uninstall the program. Although an .msi package is run to install, the installation does not appear in the Programs and Features Control Panel. Also, no shortcuts to the application were saved in the Start menu (this could be a good thing if you desire that) and no uninstall file appears in the program folder. I haven't checked the registry to see if there's any trace of the installation that might linger if one simply deleted the program folder from the root windows drive. I'll leave that for later.
3) Choosing which mpegs to join within a folder is only graphical
Although one can choose which folder using the standard file structure, choice of which mpegs is limited to a view of about 14 thumbnail images. One can scroll through the images but if you have more than several 100 in a single folder and the files you wish to join are at the end of the list, you may be scrolling a long time.

"Decent program"

Easy to use. Can join to files together or cut out certain parts, save it, and add it to a single output file.
Cons
Has bugs in it. The window which shows the video that you are currently editing tends to go blank and only play the audio, also the same with output window that shows the final product, forcing you to start over.
Summary
Easy to use but sometimes requires patience due to bugs.

I liked this software a lot. Quick to download, painless to install and served my purpose. I simply needed to cut a section out of a large mpeg. The controls are intuitive and the process took me no longer than 5 minutes.
Cons
I haven't tried to use the "Quick Joiner" portion of the program so I can't really comment on that.
