"No more Easy2Sync for me"

Pros
Did a great job until the last upgrade.
Cons
Latest upgrade prevented free sync of Calendar and Contacts. As I don't sync my emails - only read on the desktop - price of new version means I deleted the program.

After using Easy2Sync thousands of times to synchronise outlook files on three computers I cannot manage without it. Stable, reliable and FAST. It has NEVER crashed and enables us to have 3 computers all with outlook synchronised.
Cons
NONE! And I am being truthful. Our outlook file is over 1Gb in size.

If you need to synchronise outlook for your business this is the perfect program. We can have one computer with an internet lock on (Network Magic) but can still use Easy2Sync to add the business emails to it. So no worries about the main business computer getting a virus. Yet, the computer still has all the business emails available on it for information. Easy2Sync for files is equally AMAZING. We use it to backup files from our Netgear ReadyNAS drive to IOCELL NetDisk 351 UNE NDAS . A PERFECT combination and it works so quickly - even with large 100Mb files.

Too many possible uses to list. Sync everyone's personal calendar to a common team calendar, sync the boss's calendar with the secretary's, sync public folders with mailboxes. Even backup to a PST file!
And best of all, it just works.Cons
Honestly haven't found any yet. Oh maybe that when your users find out about it, they'll ask you to do more things for them...
Summary
Every Exchange admin should have a copy of this software. It's inexpensive and fills all the gaps. Things that you can't normally do easily, like copying from a personal calendar to a shared dept calendar, are a breeze. You can even use it to migrate small mailservers. Think of it like Exmerge on steroids. And everything runs to any type of schedule you like. Not to mention the fast support from the author.

Sync caused Outlook on 2nd computer to stop working requiring restoring the system which resulted in loss of data. Recommend backing up computer before attempting to use.
Summary
Easily downloaded software to my HP computer. Setup using the "wizard" was easy. However, after attempting to sync Outlook on my HP (Office 2007) with Outlook on my Thinkpad (Office 2010), the Outlook on the Thinkpad would not operate. I was not able to open any files (email, contacts, calendar) nor was I able to send any email. Tried to resolve using suggestions in FAQ and website but was not able to resolve the problem. Finally restored my Thinkpad to a prior point (loss of some data) and uninstalled Easy2Sync from my HP. Not sure of the reason for the problem but would strongly recommend backing up computer prior to trying to sync.

Software is very user friendly. it is filled with many sync options for the user to choose from. Simple yet it gets the job done. Should you have any problems, the support from the supplier is remarkable.

should have been available since Outlook 2003 came out :)

I would strongly recommend this product to anyone with a business that has to move between their laptop and desktop computer. It simplifies life when you have all of your folders and contacts synchronized; and should one go down (stop working), you can still keep functioning. The real test is tech support; i had the opportunity to test their tech support and they passed with flying colors.

I've always wanted to sync Outlook between my desktop and laptop computers and now it's done. And by using the automation feature, I don't have to remember to initiate a synchronization.

I cannot find any thing wrong with this proigram

In addition to a great program, the tech support is outstanding. I had questions before downloading the freeware, again after it was installed and have asked several more since purchasing the Business Edition to get it to work best for me. In every case the response was quick and to the point and there was always a solution.
