From ITSTH :Easy2Sync for Outlook makes sure your Microsoft Outlook Profiles are in sync. Contacts, e-mails, tasks, everything can be synchronized. It doesn't matter if you use PST files or profiles. An automatic synchronization is also possible when starting or ending windows or time-based. Even NT services are supported.
Version 3.03 has fixed problem with calendar reminders and Exchange and workaround for McAfee false positive.
What's new in this version:
Version 3.05 Now compatible to Outlook 2010 (32-Bit only). Also installations on USB sticks are now automatically recognized and supported.

"Good program for syncing 2 outlook"
Pros: easy to install. Once set up pretty much runs itself and keeps two outlook sync'd
Cons: Setup is a little confuding and the first sync

"Fast and helpful support team"
Pros: Very helpful support. I had a question about how to make the application fully automated when it is searching for PST files and I sent an email to support team. They were fast and wrote down an update to software to make the job done.
Cons: Still in process of testing.
