For Web beginners with HTML allergies, this is the perfect program to help build Web pages with nary a line of code in sight. Easy Web Builder launches in your preferred Web browser, so the interface is in general very intuitive for anyone who has surfed the Net. Page creation is simple and straightforward; there are plenty of templates from which to choose. You can customize everything from font size to frames, and effects such as rollover buttons and the like. The simple Web format and customization features puts this simple program at the top of the list for beginning Web designers.Publisher's description

Pros: nothing
Cons: if you want a webpage builder that is simple to use, just use microsoft Publisher.
it has all the features + more that you need plus most people find it easier to use because it has simmilar features to microsoft word.

Cons: User interface is not intuitive, really poor quality and possibilities, not a software but just HTML pages acting as an application, don't even think you can create and maintain your website with it, even as freeware I would not use it. The link to the publisher (Starr Software) does not work. I don't nknow what this has 4 stars at Download.com. May be this review was for another software? 100% waste of time. Don't download it like I did. I rated it 1 star because 0 was not allowed.

"Cheap looking, you get what you pay for"
Pros: small download
Cons: nasty looking little programme not very professional at all but then you get what you pay for... if you pay for it that is!
