  Really does the trick easily, but (see below)

  Cons

  Doesn't work in Win7 or later. I contacted the developer about it, he wrote me back with a few possible fixes, but none of them worked. Never heard from him again.

  Summary

  If you're still in XP, you're golden. But there's no scroll bar to the right in Win7 and without that feature, the software is pretty worthless. Shame the developer hasn't bothered to upgrade it.

  Pros

  Downloaded fine. Easy to use. Did the job.

  Cons

  Nothing in the short time I used it.

  Summary

  I was able to stretch an srt file that I downloaded to a video I had captured, but had a different frame rate. Oddly enough, the avi/srt syncs perfectly, but the converted DVD goes off by a very small amount by the end>
