Worked as soon as i installed it
Easy to use (average computer knowledge)
Basic options - reminded me of older windows 95 style/look
Takes a quarter of the time my previous burning program used (HUGE PLUS)Cons
None that i would delete the program for, although not having a menu for the dvd's kinda sux. But as i said, this program kicks butt compared to what i was using before! (Windows DVD Maker) Bleh!

easy to use, easy to understand. it was completely non-intimidating - and that is a major plus.
Cons
the only major problem i had was that i had downloaded a trial version and was only able to burn HALF of the file!!!!! but, at least i know this app exists and that i feel very comfortable working with.
Summary
i reccomend this to anyone who is easily intimidated with such technologies. do not download other burners - it's a waste of time!!!

I wouldn't know cause it would only burn half a disk with the free version. What good is 1/2 a dvd? IMO that's a waste of a whole dvd.

This program is almost idiot-proof. The simplicity of use is awesome. You just find the files, load them in the cue, push "Record", and there nothing left for you to do. Its that easy. Burn time is fairly quick, the recordings come out nicely.
Cons
You can't set the items you burn to the disk in a Table Of Contents format so you can select which one you want. Also, i had about 20 items that i burned to DVDs, but i can't erase 2 of them out of the folder that it uses. don't know why.
Summary
The other thing that was really good about this is their Help Desk was quick in answering my questions (about the files i can't erase and the scene selection). If you're looking for an easy way of burning video files to DVD, this is a very good product.

This product is extremely easy to use and is available at a very affordable price compared to other products. I have never experienced any major problems and the technical support provided is fantastic.
Cons
There is nothing I do not like about this product.

I love this product it is extemely easy to use and is available at a very affordable price. It is very self explanatory and I have not encountered any problems at all. The technical support you receive with this product is fantastic and the program does everything that it says it will. 10 out of 10.
