"Serious usability issues"
Version: ES Image Printer Driver 1.2.8
Pros
The $20 price is appropriate for a utility of this nature. The potential for developers to access the functionality through Java Beans is interesting.
Cons
Software took forever to install, largely because it requires a specific Java installation. During installation, I got a raft of errors, the significance of which I could not determine. Once installed, the utility seemed to work, but it produced black-and-white images even when color was selected. The pixel resolution was low, despite setting 300DPI. In short, the image quality was poor even when set to a good resolution. Finally, when I selected 32b color and printed at that setting, the selection was accepted but the print job errored out because that was not a valid choice. In other words, options should not be presented to a user that are not allowable for some reason. If those options cause the print to bomb later, that is worse still. Ultimately, this was a nice idea that fails for execution. As another reviewer noted, the Zan Image Printer does an excellent job, but at $50. Although that is far too much $, the extra $30 is worth it to save the annoyances.

"Works Great and Lots of Features for the Price"
Version: ES Image Printer Driver 1.0.1
Pros
Works great, lots of features (email, ftp, etc., etc.), good price. I've been looking for a good image printer like this that is priced for home users. Most of the others (like the one built in to Adobe Acrobat) are just too expensive. Keep up the good work!

"Just didnt work. Looking for Zan Image Printer Replacement..."
Version: ES Image Printer Driver 1.0.1
Pros
Couldnt use it, so no pros. I WAS looking for something free to use which compares to the Zan Image Printer Demo (ZAN expires in 30 days and you can't reinstall it). I'll probably have to break down and buy it cuz it works so freaking well. This ES Image Printer was a waste of a download.
Cons
The configure exe wouldnt execute after installed. The only items that worked in the start menu were the html help files and the uninstaller...so I uninstalled it.
