Dutch Windmills 3D Screensaver is an attractive, high-quality screensaver that will turn any desktop into a scenic view of the Netherlands.
The program's interface is simple. Although the screensaver is accessed through the computer's Display Properties menu like any other screensaver, Dutch Windmills has an additional screen of options that allows users to adjust settings such as graphics quality, screen size, and audio preferences. Although most of this is fairly self-explanatory, some users may not know what Gamma Control and FPS are. Unfortunately, the program has no Help file to explain. Still, the program's main functions are intuitive, and users should have no trouble getting it to function. When it comes to the screensaver itself, users are treated to an aerial view of a rural Dutch scene. Windmills turn lazily in the breeze, gentle waves lap the shores of a small town, and a fisherman sits on the dock with his napping dog. Even if users have to turn the graphics quality down in order to have the screensaver display properly, it still looks pretty good. There are separate controls for the built-in music--a mellow, folksy sort of flute tune--and sound effects, and users can choose to use their own music if they prefer.
Dutch Windmills 3D Screensaver is free to try, but it displays a nag message after 90 seconds. The program installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users looking for a serene screensaver with high-quality graphics.

lovely screensaver, fantastic graphics. this one is 3planesofts best to date
Cons
you need at least a dual core 2.0ghz processor and a 512mb video card to run it at its full potential, any less than this you have to turn the graphics quality down in the screensaver options.
Summary
3planesoft are the kings of the screensaver market, make no mistake, i have scoured the net for savers and nothing touches these. they are well worth the money, but to be fair, customer support is a bit lax and emails can take days to be answered.
