"Great! It does lot of things and than any other IDE"
Version: DreamCoder for Oracle Enterprise Freeware 4.2
Pros
It got all the standard stuff you need to work with the database and the code plus lot of good features. Most of all, its free and very stable. You can't ask any thing better than this for a free product.
Cons
None so far but if I have to mention some thing then I would say that their blog is active on one of the tab all the time but its just a minor thing.
Summary
Go for it and you won't regret!
