"This is a must-have program"
Version: Direct Folders 3.62
Pros
This is one of the first programs I install on any new pc. Once you learn how to use it, you'll never go back to life without it. It helps you jump quickly to frequently used folders.
Cons
I can't think of any.
Summary
Get it and try it. It is one of my top-10 essential apps.

"Great program, needs some updating for Windows 7"
Version: Direct Folders 3.62
Pros
The program really helps in navigation. I use it daily, constantly. I haven't found anything that comes near to replacing it. It does work in Windows 7.
Cons
A bit buggy in Windows 7, and in the latest versions of Firefox. I wish the developer would update it, but there's been no new version for a year or so.
Summary
Fine program, too bad that the developer seems to have lost interest in it.

"Can't live without it, should be a part of Windows!"
Version: Direct Folders 3.62
Pros
Takes a bit of configuring but if you save the text configuration file you will never have to retype it again.
Cons
Wish it would allow URL links. Also I wish it would allow you to use the middle mouse button without needing to be at the desktop screen. It's annoying having to minimize everything to pull up the menu.
Summary
Personally I think this is the best dang launcher out there.
