"Over 90% CPU usage in WinXP"

Summary
This utility is a good idea, however it seems to have displayed 3 fairly serious drawbacks. Once loaded (it loads at startup) it hogs CPU usage, windows task manager consistantly reports it using over 90% CPU usage. It is also impossible to get rid of, the uninstall does not work, liewise add/remove programs won't shift it. If you do exit the program via WTM you are unable to connect to the internet, in fact it renders your dial up useless. If you are worried about Adult web dialers accessing the internet, then why not download a copy of Zone Alarm, the basic software is free and it will do the job as well if not better than Dialguard.
