There is useful software, and there is software that just wants to make life a bit less serious. Desktop Tickler is absolutely in the second camp. Once this is installed, a computer user can move his or her mouse cursor over an icon, and it will start shaking, as if it is being tickled and is laughing uncontrollably. Barking or giggling sounds are supposed to accompany the motion, but they didn't work reliably in our tests. The program consumes a fair amount of memory for such a small task, but if you're looking for a silly way to brighten an otherwise monotonous day, this might do the trick.Publisher's description
From Knight of fun :Desktop tickler is software for fun and not only. Desktop tickler makes your desktop icons animated. Icon is shaking, makes funny sounds while mouse cursor is over it. This software also gives you an ability to arrange your desktop icons by geometric Figures such as Triangle, Ellipse, and Rectangle.

Version: Desktop Tickler 1
Pros: It worked, but it's not really something I would every use again. A silly program that I had fun with for about 8 seconds.
Cons: Who would pay $15 to register a silly program that moves icons and uses up all your memory?!?
