From UbiSoft Entertainment:
In Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, players will discover the world of Ashan, the new universe that will be present in all future Might & Magic games. The players will embody the young Sareth, trained in the arts of magic and war to fight the prophecy of the "Dark Messiah." They will be able to choose to become warriors, mages or killers, each having a special arsenal of weapons and spells to be used in combat. Through combat, players will develop Sareth's experience level and unlock new skills and new equipment. Armed with new combos, hits, spells and other combat techniques, Sareth will be ready to brave his fate.
The demo includes one tutorial level and one level from the full game.

Version: Dark Messiah of Might and Magic single-player demo
Pros
The game is running the Source Engine by Valve.Good Graphics.'Kick'-is an useful attack,it makes the game more intresting. You can do realy funny things with your rugdool enemies, for example to throw a crate in one of them ;).

You'll need high system requirements to run the game without stopping.Unbalanced statistics between wizard, assasin and the warrior. Not enough spells:only flame arrow, firetrap and a freeze spell.Very short demo.

"Good but too short"

"Two words: Oblivion Killer."
Version: Dark Messiah of Might and Magic single-player demo
Pros
With an unbelievable combat system, amazing physics engine, and more than one way to kill a person... over and over again! Whats not to like. Though the file may be huge and the demo very short, the ability to play through it multiple times with multiple ways to do everything makes up for it. This demo/game is a must.
Cons
As I said before: Loooooong download for a very short demo, but thats like saying you have to sit through a Lifetime movie before you get to have the biggest slurpy evvvveerrr! (Don't mind the the poor analogy...)

"Demo too short, game too linear"
Version: Dark Messiah of Might and Magic single-player demo
Pros
I like the interactive aspect of the role play. Being able to use the environment adds to the fun and "realism". Of course graphics are outstanding, and almost too much for my crappy celeron.
Cons
Demo is too short. Come on guys, for such a production, let us play for more than 30 frickin minutes! And really, who wants to play the short demo over and over, "trying out new configurations" as is suggested? I've already uninstalled it, to make better use of that disk space. As cool as it looks to be, I don't think this demo gave me enough to want to spend $50 (or more?) on the full version. Oh, and lastly, will the full version be linear? Personally, I won't waste time on this type of game anymore if it's linear.
