• Was great. Not updated. Dongle won't work on USB 3.0

  Pros

  This is a wonderful program - when it works. I have used it for several years.

  Cons

  The developers have stopped updating it and support is now hard to get. Each time I have installed a new computer it has refused to recognize the dongle, which is required. Previously, tech support was able to get me going. This time I was told that the dongle won't work on USB 3.0, which is all that my computer has. I have always been concerned about the dongle and what would happen if it failed and the company was out of business. It is a VERY EXPENSIVE program and because of my concerns, sadly, I can no longer recommend this great product with so much going for it because it is failing to keep up with the technology.

  Summary

  Great, but very expensive, program that is in the throes of death. Very risky to invest this much money.
