Cons: THE WHOLE PROGRAM.
Summary: Have used previous Cyberlinks products and the disks it makes do not play on all dvd players, if they play at all. Nero also has gone done hill on product quality.

"Buggy Blu-Ray playback and non-existent tech support"
Pros: When it plays Blu-Ray discs (90% of the time), it works fine.
Cons: Product will not play certain Bluray discs.
Tech support ineffective at diagosing or fixing problem.
You (frequently) need to "update" the product in order to play Blu-ray discs, which involves downloading and installing the entire 90MB program.Summary: Product inexplicably refuses to play 10% of Bluray discs (from Blockbuster Video, not overseas or other questionable source). "Won't work with Media Center Remote. Horrible Support."
Pros: Audio passthrough enables lossless Blu-Ray Audio. Good Codec.
Cons: Non-existent support. Trial version can't be uninstalled, permanent version won't work if trial has been installed on computer. You will need two remote controls if you are going to run Media Center and PowerDVD. Retail software fails out of box.

"Great for Blu-ray DVDs player!"
Pros: Easy to download, and install. Simple to use, although I only wanted a Blu-ray DVD player program. Excellent HD and Dolby sound.
Cons: Large program to download. Takes a while and patience.
