Cover Me is a tool to design, print, scan, edit, and search covers of any kind: CD, DVD, video, tape, LS, and VCD. "Fast and easy but needs more development"

Pros
Fairly easy to get up and going with little prompting. Quickly links to cover photo data and has some nice features for a quickly throw-it-together cover print. Though I didn't use it for a CD cover, it looks like it has some good features for loading song titles from a couple different sources. This is a good product for a very reasonable registration cost. If I can't find something better, I'll be sending in a registration for this one.
Cons
Though it has a front/back panel capability, the wash area between them is difficult to put something into.
