Other downloadable voices are available, and suggested by me. It performs well and doesn't chew up memory.

AVG once again said that CoolSpeech is a virus. Probably because of it's behavior...

Can fetch and read aloud text from a variety of sources. Has unique features such as reading aloud as you type from anywhere in Windows, and bookmarking a URL to create a virtual radio channel on-demand.
Cons
CoolSpeech's ability to monitor the Clipboard and keyboard input in real-time may trigger your antivirus program to think it's a trojan/spyware.
