  Pros

  Does what it says in a simple interface. <p>1) Splitting by size is the most common option I use. <p>2) The Joining feature is nice, but takes a bit to get used to it.

  Cons

  Select your source file, but be mindful of the bitrate. <p>1) If you split by time, its calculations is based on 128 kbps, so, if you have a 64 bitrate file (common audio book) that the calculations are way off. <p>2) Adding "break points" by selection, is a tedious task. <p>3) 7-day trail isn't long enough for most people to evaluate this program.

  Pros

  Yea, it splits and it joins. It joins and it splits. But there are tons of other programs, with a lot more features that do this plus more. However, I give it 3 stars because it does what it says, doesn't seem to have any conflicts with my computer, and uses a small amount of computer resources while active.

  Cons

  I don't see why someone would pay for this when there are other programs that do a lot more. My advice to the creator is to make it free but with ads in the corner that don't bother anyone but may pick up some pay-per-clicks.

  Pros

  I like the price, and the UI is clean and simple to use. The "Split by Size" option worked very well.

  Cons

  The slider bar for breaking the mp3 apart didn't work. I tried email support, but the message came back bounced. The Split by time didn't work either.

  I paid for this product via paypal a week ago and still haven't received the license to unlock the software! Their support email address comes back as undeliverable and they ignore emails I've sent to them at other addresses. Don't get screwed like I did!

  No waveform graphics - you have to listen to the file to find your breakpoints. For $15 more, you can get another product that will save you hours.

  Cons

  I switched pc's and had to reload software. My registration information does not work. Yaosoft will not respond and Regsoft keeps passing me back to Yaosoft. I have sent multiple emails for over one month, with no solution or help.

  I liked the trial version so I paid for it through PayPal. That's the last I heard of them.

  Cons

  Never got the full version or the key/code through email as promised. After 3 calls to the sales company and numerous emails I am about to file for a refund from PayPal! What a freaking hassle! Don't bother, it's not worth it!

  Pros

  the breakpoint feature is great, perfect for splitting jobs where different times between splits are needed.

  Cons

  the trial only allows 3 breakpoints total for the breakpoint feature, which doesn't make me want to buy the product at all. Also, the time feature doesn't work at all. Maybe it was just my computer but it refused to make new files when using this feature.

  1. when you attempt to split the mp3 by typing in the times, it only lets you split the mp3 in equal segments. so you could split it every 3 minutes, but you couldnt split it at 2:14, 5:36, 9:34, etc. 2. when you try and play the mp3 itself and set a split point like that, then you can listen and then click a point easily.. however, the timer on this program is woefully inaccurate, and manually trying to move the bar is horribly flawed and always puts you in the wrong position. this basically means you listen to a track, hear the point you wish to set a break at, then attempt to scroll back a tiny bit, when you try and scroll back it takes you either 4 minutes behind, or 2 minutes AHEAD of where you want to be (that's an actual example) i found this program unuseable, i struggled with it for about 30 minutes and managed to split off a single bonus track from another song, and take out the gap between them. i still havent found a decent program to do what i want it to do :/
