  "Long-time, Happy CloneDVD and AnyDVD user"

  Pros: 1. Easy to use
  2. Free downloads/updates
  3. Inexpensive
  4. Fast "backup copies" of your DVDs
  5. Great service (in 4 yrs of use, I've had one quickly-resolved problem)
  6. Registration Code can be used to transfer software to a new PC at NO ADD'L COST

  Cons: Sometimes can't read moderately-scratched discs or brand-new discs with updated encryption (upgrades take care of this, but you might have to wait a couple weeks); not the software's fault, but the only drawbacks I can find.

  Summary: If you want to make backup copies of your media, don't check out any other software. Just download CloneDVD and AnyDVD and burn happily until DVDs become obsolete!

  "The simplest DVD converter / ripper I've ever used"

  Pros: Should be easily used by any level of computer experience. If you can copy a CD, you can use this software... it's that simple. Right Click provides tons of help if needed. Includes program update alerts every few weeks to break the latest codes.

  Cons: Software designer is located outside U.S. so Email is slow at best. The annoying animated sheep image on the final screen seems to be a waste of resources. A progress bar would be just as informative, if not more so.

  Summary: This program is a steal for the price... and should be worth at least $50 IMO. Straightforward installation with a small footprint and little taxing of RAM while in use makes this program a real peach. The program processes a copy fairly quickly and... read more >>

  "Excellent software to write CDor DVD movies ."

  Pros: After removing copy protection. this is excellent sotfware to write DVD.

  Cons: Very easy to use by following instructions.

  Summary: Fast and accurate in writing any DVD or CD movies.

  "Outstanding software - works as it should!"

  Pros: CloneDVD allows one to customize cloning by choosing either to clone the DVD entirely or to clone only certain tracks. It will NOT remove copy protection (one needs AnyDVD for that) but works perfectly in conjunction with AnyDVD.

  Cons: I haven't really found anything about this product that I don't like - except, perhaps, the musical notification that the process has been completed.

  "Half a program"

  Pros: Not until they merge "Slysoft AnyDVD "with this product than i can't rate this program .

  Cons: You can't make backup copies of your encrpted DVD media ,incase the original gets scratched

  Summary: Better alternative is DVDFab copies/ clones any DVD so easier to use a complete copy burning suite.
