Pros
Seamless time tracking and organization for projects, email notification and tracking set up, document upload, one-click reports, forums for servicing customers and working in teams, chat and wiki, user friendly
Cons
Not much in terms of help or instruction, although I've been able to figure things out pretty easily.
Summary
A fantastic resource for small businesses and entrepreneurs. For me, this tool has it all!

Pros
Easy to use, one click projects/tasks, track multiple clients/projects, includes forums, wikis, job boards, document storage for every single project, and reply to task emails to get them posted to the job instantly.
Cons
Update was a bit difficult to understand for some employees since some items were moved they caught on after an hour or so.
Summary
Excellent for both collaboration, document, and time tracking on tasks and projects. We depend on it daily.
