  "Not Acceptable"

  Pros: None at this time

  Cons: * I couldn't find and acceptable username so I uninstalled the program.

  * I'm ok with buying the software but paying a per use fee is unacceptable.

  "Worst customer support - bad interface - everything else average"

  Pros: prices if they would do what they say

  Cons: I'm going to kill myself over all the trouble that clickatell has caused me. From the ridicuolously slow customer support, to the incompetence of someone asking my customer (not even in the correct language) to provide them with the full credit card details, textual and scanned, to validate the account BY EMAIL ! The list of problems is endless, and their stupidity and arrogance is incredible.

  Just my advice, stay away from clickatell even if they are some of the few with good prices...

  "Absolutely rubbish service"

  Pros: Interface easy to use.

  Cons: The company provides an absolutely rubbish service. I had to wait 5 days for my credits to be added, even though I'd paid via PayPal and was told by the company that credits would be added within 24hours. Appears to be cheaper than other companies but from what I can tell 2 credits are used per text.

  "Fails me regularly"

  Pros: Instant personal messages to small groups work well. Pricing is competitive.

  Cons: Every time I have used the 'Scheduler', this package has failed, although you get charged. I have already lost about £150. Their Support teams cannot help you as their systems suggest 'no fault' on their servers after 'thorough investigation'. Even the Address Book upload takes some getting used to. Only good for small (sub 100) instant messages.
