"Failed to convert with Windows 7"

Used to convert when I used Windows XP Pro
Cons
Upgraded to Windows 7 and now it won't convert my word documents to PDF. Word just hangs open. No response from C2C tech support. When it did work, it was quite slow. The program opens each word document, prints it, closes Word, and goes on to the next document in the queue. You are not able to use Word (or compose a message in Outlook since it's Word-based) while this program is running.

Single click conversion and very little settings required.
Cons
sme formulaes are not displayed in PDF file. This must be fixed as soon as possible. for example, microsoft equations are not displayed correctly.
