CintaNotes Portable is an assistant in the daily task of organizing information, such as your own thoughts and ideas, article excerpts, blog postings, quotes from famous people, research data, curious facts, Wikipedia entries, you name it. It lets you quickly jot down and tag any useful text that you come across. Unlike browser-based tools like Google Notebook, CintaNotes does not require a web browser to work: the text-clipping "magic" works in any application that can copy text to clipboard.
What's new in this version: Version 2.1.1 has increased default font size and added "Request free trial" button to the License dialog.

"Does what it promises, fast & allows tagging.."
Version: CintaNotes Portable 1.6.2
Pros
Easy to like, does what it says - select your text, hit CTRL-F12 to save it to CintaNotes, then tag away.. good for todos or whatever..I don't know if I'd use this for massive amounts of info (I use askSam for that) but it's an excellent note-taking app.
Cons
I don't think the linear presentation (while good for quick reviews of limited data sets) would t make this good for large amounts of info.
Summary
Good program, well implemented, simple, fast searches, portable. Great for day-to-day organization..
