CNET Editors' review
This freeware system and privacy cleaner is certainly easy to use, but doesn't offer many options. Champion Health's very basic interface consists of a few function buttons that don't function until you've completed a system checkup. Don't search for a help file or user manual, they don't exist.
There is only one way to start using this application. You must first press the Start Checkup button to scan your system. After that, you can only follow the prompts. That doesn't give advanced users the opportunity to follow their own way. There is no method to quickly select or deselect all items from any list, nor do users get an indication if items are deleted when requested. The program removes unneeded shared DLLs, unnecessary startup files, and all temporary files.
This freeware application is quick, efficient, and best utilized by novice users. Advanced users will bristle at the lack of options and wizard-only approach. Nevertheless, those wishing for a very simple method to delete these select items with find Champion Health a good choice.

"Messed my display settings up"
Version: Champion Health 1
Pros
none that I could tell because I didn't have this on the computer long enough to tell a major difference
Cons
didn't speed anything up. Removed a couple useless programs from startup (you could do that yourself) and messed up the display settings and then I used system restore to totally remove the program and recover the display settings it messed up.

"Ran twice and got the same results!"
Version: Champion Health 1
Pros
The interface is not the prettiest and has no configurability to speak of, but I liked the different screens presented to give you an idea of what was found by the scan; Temporary files, Shared DLL's, etc.
Cons
First, it came with no help file, support of any kind. Easy to use, but would be nice to have some answers. I ran two scans right after each other and I believe the same results came back. Each time I selected the fix option, the only option available, and believed it had fixed things. Guess not. There are no options on what you want to fix and what you don't want fixed. In other words you don't have any idea if it is fixing something that doesn't need fixing. There is no going back to review scan results once you have looked at each one of the results in each catagory; temp files, start-up, shared DLL's, etc.
After I ran this twice, I ran another registry utility that turned up what this was supposed to find. I suppose the short description should have clued me in. There are better products out there.
