  - Relatively low cost licensing - Works well if you are able to install it - Low Hardware Requirements

  Cons

  - Terrible Support: wont answer your emails and no phone where to call. - I paid 5 licences and never was able to install it correctly. Eventually Support stopped answering me and after more than 5 emails to support, sales or anyone in the company.... No Answer. FOR A COMPANY THAT IS SELLING CRM.... NOT A GOOD SIGN. STAY AWAY.

  Summary

  If I were to do it all again, I would buy something else from a better known company. the 'runners up' were a bit more expensive, but not in retrospective..... they were not only programmers.... they were CRM advocates too, and that at the end is important when thinking about the support you get.

  Easy to Use Great for Building Contact Lists and Maintaining Their Accounts Easy export to Excel

  IT ERASED ALL MY CONTACTS 389 to be exact that I had contacted and established a connection with. LOST ALL THEIR INFO. (Thankfully I had already exported them to Excel" Had to re-download Backups failed and restored NOTHING

  Great for beginners in the Sales field. Bad for those who do not export because they risk losing information.

  Pros

  I downloaded this program a few months ago and it was buggy as hell. The latest version fixes all that.. It becomes even better. Their free version is now similar to the pro. Multi-user and the best part..free for personal/business. Well done guys!

  Pros

  This is my first experience with a contact manager. I assume the functions are similar to others. It pretty much does what you would expect it to do. However, it has some shortcomings.

  Cons

  When I saved templates with attachments and opened the template at a later time, the attachments were not there. This is a big inconvenience. Also, when I look at emails already sent, the attachments do not show up.

  Summary

  If you never make attachments to your email, you may be satisfied with this product. However, it is a huge inconvenience for me to add the attachments to a template every time I want to use it. I also need to be able to review emails that I sent someone to see which attachments I have already sent them. These two problems make this software worth very little to me. I know that it's free. Hopefully, their other version doesn't have these problems.

  Hi, I was looking for a free or open source CRM program for beginners that did not use a database. This is perfect. It is customizable so I can sort and export reports. It took me a while to find this program (a few hours). Thanks. God Bless. Aaron.

  Pros

  CRM-Express Free edition is in fact 100% free. The following applies to the software: 1. It does not expire 2. There are no nag screens 3. A user can use it for as long as he/she wants If that is not "free" then I do not know what is "free"
