"Excellent Product - Outstanding Support"
Version: CIDTrackerX 1.2.0.55
Pros
CIDTrackerX provides a clean, easy to read interface which is fully supported by Lion OSX. It works exactly as described and has the additional unexpected feature of being able to speak the name of the caller during incoming calls. Very cool! Tech support was outstanding. I initially had a problem with my Zoom 3095 modem being unable to communicate with the software, and Dean Davis responded to my inquiry almost immediately even though it was late at night. (The modem needed a simple reset.) His response was also unexpected and outstanding. This is a great program which is very reasonably priced at $15.00.
Cons
None known.
Summary
Highly recommended.
