Dozens of predefined pattern-based show styles eliminate tedious editing. Styles can be copied, edited, and merged. Create shows with multiple images onscreen, background images, and audio. Export shows as screensavers, video or Bravo Archived Media (BAM) files for full-screen playback in the free Bravo Player. Supports JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TIF images; MP3, WMA and WAV audio. Save as BPJ, SCR, EXE, BAM, AVI and MP4.
Version 2 adds support for AVI and MP4 video.
What's new in this version: Version 2.0 preserves the pattern-based styles for rapid show creation, but a style can now consist of multiple patterns which allows transitions within the show. Users can copy, edit and merge styles. This version also adds support for exporting AVI and MP4 video.

"Absolutely the best I have seen with LOTS of options."
Version: Bravo Show Creator 2
Pros
Lots and lots of options! Apparently it can do anything you are wanting, though I do not pretend to know all it can do, there's just to much to know here. If you want a file folder of still images to pan/zoom/fade etc. this is the program for you.
Cons
It took me awhile to install as I had to first update DirectX, but once that was done it went very well.
