"No idea how to make it work."

Pros
No info on how to set it up for bluetooth receiver.
Cons
Couldn't get it to do anything.
Summary
First had to find and download cygwin1.dll to get it to run. After it's running I have no clue how to set it up. I just wanted to see if my new bluetooth receiver worked. I ended up downloading the free version of VisualGPS which was easy to setup and works great. I wanted to give it no stars but was forced to give one star.

No how-to, no documentation, no Help, nothing whatsoever about getting it to work. Desperately needs it.
Summary
Bizarre. Requires cygwin (cygwin1.dll at least). With cygwin available, it does fire up and display a window on the screen (in 32-bit Vista Ultimate, running as a true Administrator with no UAC, at least). But, for me at least, it shows "Not Connected" and doesn't acquire anything from my GPS device. No mention whatsoever of the existence of this thing on the WinterWren web site.
