Cons: I don like that i can't find it and that i wasn't given an option to pick a specific place for it. Can someone help me?

Cons: not very visually pleasing, not many options

Summary: Loved the simplicity & ease of use, but I can't be a beta tester all day trying to get this to stop doing what tech support tells me it "couldn't" be doing. If you're running XP, look elsewhere for a more stable product.
