"Obvious capacity problems."

Pros
easy to use. YOu get can get an ecommerce site up and running fairly quickly.
Cons
Obvious capacity problems. Hopefully, it is temporary. Sometimes it takes retry after retry to log in to the administration console to view orders and make changes.
Summary
All was positive until a month ago...then, (according to their support desk), the started showing signs of capacity problems. over-capacity, that is. Can't seem to get an answer on when the issues will be resolved. very disappointing.

Hi all, Your review is really impressive! I have a small experience of using BigCommerce, as I had migrated my store from Shopp not long ago, ( with a help of Cart2Cart migration service, because I was scared to move all the data manually) but I found your information very useful. Thus I can say, Bigcommerce is really userfriendly and less problematic in store management.
