"I LIKE IT! A meter for CPU, RAM, DISK, or Alarm Clock"
Version: Big Meter Pro 2.01
Pros
When you Right click it and you find you can quickly change it from a CPU Meter, to a RAM Meter, or to a DISK Space Meter, or even to an Alarm Clock. It stay LOCKED in the lower right corner, and not games move it, like they do to the Widgets.
Cons
Cannot be resized. Cannot change the color of the Meter Frame.
Summary
Because it cannot be resized and you cannot change the Meter Frame Color, I would actually give this a 4.5 star rating. It is however very funtional for the purpose it was made. I like a CPU meter to pop up on start up, so that I can see the CPU activity going on loading all the backgroung stuff. That way I know when that meter drops back to ZERO, I can boot up my Internet Explorer without that creeping slow boot up. I was using a Widget for that, but the Widget Dock itself was very slow booting up, so I fired it. The added features of this product were a VERY PLEASANT surprise.
Sorry about the typos. NO games move this meter on your desktop, like they do to the Widgets, which was frustrating.
