Create desktop notes with this simple program, but don't expect too much in terms of features. Best Notes makes it easy to post notes; just double-click its system-icon tray to fill in the title of the note and the message content and click OK. The new note pops up on top of your screen, become transparent when it's inactive, and can be docked on any side of your desktop. The alarm feature pops up a note at the time you specify. You can change the font and color of the text, but you'll miss the hot keys and resizable windows found in similar applications. Quick note or quick alarm features are available, but it's quick enough to use the regular notes and alarms available. Some users will find this 15-day trial application useful, but those seeking more advanced features can find it elsewhere.Publisher's description
