"Simple, but Powerful Software"

Pros
1) Easy to use.
2) Free to try -- from what I can tell, the free version is the same as the basic version, but the free version puts a watermark on each page.
3) Customer support has been amazing.
4) Cheap, particularly compared to other brands that cost up to several hundred dollars.Cons
None for me. I found the program to be very simple and intuitive to use, but for people who take comfort in step-by-step instructions, it's worth noting there are no detailed instructions that come with the product.
Summary
I'm involved in a court case and am trying to save on legal fees by doing the page numbering part of the process myself. I was looking for a way to number almost 20,000 pages consisting of several hundred PDF files. I had researched various options and Bates Blaster was by far the cheapest. (The other options ranged from $100 to almost $500.) I liked the BB lite version, so I bought the standard version. I had some problems numbering some of the files, so I emailed customer support.
"Fantastic" does not begin to describe customer support: quick response (despite being well after business hours), dedicated (even though the problem was not with the software), and great attention to details. He helped me go through all the files and fix the issues. It turns out that some of the files were damaged and others had been security protected. I have never experienced such amazing customer service, particularly with a software company. Given my past experience with large, well known, software companies, I **know** that I would still be struggling with those documents if I had to depend on their customer support. -

Had small problem when I bought the full version, but it was quickly fixed by the publisher.
Summary
I have looked for months for a program that will Bates-stamp documents. I work for a small law firm, and we do not need a several hundred dollar program to get the job done.
This program works great, is quick and easy to use. It wouldn't work when I bought the full version, but the publisher contacted me and fixed the problem the same day. I am incredibly satisfied in this program. -

I am a practicing attorney and needed to bates stamp a 300+ page document. I researched online and found solutions for $100 - $250. If all you need is bates stamps then this is the program that you need. I tried the free version, it worked, so I purchased the full version. I have already used this for two cases.
