Version: Batch DVD Streams Converter 1
"Simple and versatile anything to .m2v converter."
Pros: This is the only freeware I could find that easily and satisfactorily handles .mp4, h.264 et al to burnable .m2v format.
Cons: None, so far, except that ffmpeg.exe tends to monopolize the CPU somewhat.
Summary: A Swiss army knife for conversion to DVD. Does what it says, and does it well./
