The Player is Xaha, a talented young Arikhan fighter pilot. Xaha received his fighter sooner than was originally meant, because enormous losses resulting from first encounters with the enemy made it necessary to replace pilots. The losses are often so significant that Xaha sometimes has to face the enemy alone. The combat information says that the enemy's first mission is to destroy the Dagon bases, which are considered the brains in the Alliance.

"Don't bother. Just don't bother."
Summary: If you really want a good version of this game, go get Descent. Its basically a clone of Freespace, except the gun-shots are way too slow.
