CNET Editors' review
While not quite as thorough its moniker suggests, this simple application helps to determine your body mass index (BMI) and calorie requirements.
You don't need to install the program; just unzip and run the executable file. BMI, Weight, and Calorie Calculator features a very simple interface that supports both the U.S. and metric systems of measurement. Input height, weight, age, and gender and select your type of lifestyle; the program then shows your BMI within ranges of too low or too high. Further, it computes the calorie requirements needed to maintain your current weight.
Unlike similar applications, this one doesn't classify your weight status (such as underweight, normal, overweight, and obese). Nor does it give additional comments for users in need of weight gain or loss. The program is easy enough for PC users of all levels. Overall, fitness enthusiasts may not appreciate the simplicity of this tool, but others may benefit from this freeware.

"Nothing special."
Version: BMI, Weight & Calorie Calculator 2
Pros
Easy to manage!
Cons
No metric values and always have to convert, which is a tedious job, so I don't use it very much.
Summary
If there were metric values as well I would recomend it, but since this is not the case I wont.
