Automatic Email Manager monitors your e-mailbox and automatically detect new e-mails and applies the defined action(s) like printing e-mail or attachments (file like FAX, PDF, Word, Excel, Photos, and TIFF ), deleting e-mail on server, backup e-mails and attachments on disk, sending automatic reply or forward e-mail. All this without downloading them in your e-mail software (like Outlook, Pegasus, and Lotus note), the software run as a Windows Service and doesn't need a user interaction. Easy to use you can define rules which change the action(s) according to the e-mail content, for example print to the secretary printer if e-mail is an order.Automatic Email Manager can connect to all e-mail box through POP3, IMAP4, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and e-Fax provider. Eco Mode is included, it is a new function to reduce the number of page printed, it can for example print on one paper page an e-mail with three or four pages, simply by reducing it in one sheet.
