Painless install, easy gui, good reproduction, flexble recording formats, detailed editing zoom, terse help file
Cons
The product build is now one year old. The software does not support usb microphones on my sound card on a new laptop running windows XP.

Nice interface; good hype in their marketing.
Cons
This product crashs. I tried it on two of my computers but it failed on both. Tech support's only suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall. They have a no refund under any circumstances policy so I've been scammed. Don't let it happen to you.
