Version: Arlington Talking Browser 8.38
Pros: If you are blind, It is a very good software product. I give it 5 stars for the blind, but ony 1 star as a browser. That adds up to a rate of 3. Also, the voice needs a little work. On my pc it sounded like a drunk talking under water.
