You can create a custom shortcut Menu that appears on the screen close to the mouse cursor by pressing the mouse wheel or key. Easy to build and change, it is more convenient to use than desktop shortcuts or the Windows' Start menu. (It will be your 'favourites' start menu - available a touch). With one level submenus you can group different files/folders under one main menu item.(for example: Video editors > 'your choices'). You can program any of the Numeric Keypad keys to activate one of 22 commonly used system actions: volume, mute, find files and folders, and many others, or run programs or websites. You can easily disable this feature - it was added mainly for laptops used without a mouse. You can still use the numeric keypad normally.
What's new in this version: Version 1.0.48.05e allows user to program numeric keypad hotkeys.

Pros
This is like a condensed Windows' start menu: Opens anywhere on the screen near the mouse cursor - easily customised to contain shortcuts to your 'favourite' (most used) files or programs or websites.
Also allows quick save of any selected text - web addresses, phone numbers, whatever info you want to save - with one keypress.Cons
might need more user options.
