"Couldn't make the software work"
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The software needs Java v1.5 or higher to work but it doesn't work with the latest version. I simply hate software that requires you to install 3. party software on your computer. If it needs certain environments or drivers the software should be included in the setup file.

"it did nothing, I do not want to program a program"
Pros: nada it would be nice if I could say something here, but ..
Cons: did not do what it said, lots of install issues and nothing to show for it
