"Rarely, do I review software but..."
Pros: I do not often review software but Always On Top deserves some feedback. It is simple, rests in the system tray & allows you to set the Always on top Attribute to any window you wish. An essential exe for my windows toolkit. (works w/ vista)
Cons: I expect no further features from this software but if I could imagine any CON it would be that it was not open source, as all reputable software should be.

Pros: Free, easy to use, compact and FREE
Cons: Very limitted, you can not change background colors, neither size and style font, but I think is not really necessary
Summary: I like it because Is just what I was needing, an small software that allows me have a message or little image always on top for free.
