Aleo Flash Slideshow Gallery Maker provides easy tools for making slideshows.
The program's interface is a breeze to manage, due in part to a Wizard that walks you through every step of the process. We never needed to consult the Help file, because the onscreen directions are so strong. You can coordinate the speed and effects of your slideshow by clicking a handful of options on the first screen. From there, you choose either photos, videos, or both to include in the show, and arrange them to your liking. You can save your slideshow as a simple Flash file or as a Flash Gallery, which produces HTML, SWD, and XML files. The Flash Gallery accommodates users with greater expertise, but we can't see most people making much use of it. Regardless, our slideshow turned out well, with a professional look, and was ready to embed on a Web site. The program's best feature is its capability to add background music with a single button, which spices up your slideshows substantially. We were pleased with the ease and results of this program and felt it was a strong choice for beginners and experts alike.

Aleo Flash Slideshow Gallery Maker is an easy and fast way to make flash photo and video gallery, photo pan zoom effect, flash slide show, flash banner rotator without knowledge of Flash. You can mix together photos, videos, SWF files in the same slide show, make photo pan zoom effect by an easy to use interface, make Flash banner switcher with number buttons. You can also choose to create a XML file driven online Flash gallery or embed all resources files and generate one Flash SWF file. Other features of the software include a wizard style user interface, built-in video to Flash FLV converting, resizing images, and automatically generating thumbnail files.
What's new in this version: Version 2.2 has fixed image preview which was not at right position in Gallery template.

can't work within Dreamweaver CS5
Summary
Works great the first time so i made 23 slide shows and put them on my site - just updated flash player afther thet i can't see my slide shows no more - so i can deppent on it - go to there website and find an updated install it it works agian but the transsitions are not really good so find myself another slide show that works within dreamweaver .

I tested a bunch of flash slide show maker software, and this one is the best. It's so powerful, i made a slide show header banner, a photo gallery, a video gallery and a news roller banner for my website, and all with just $39. And the pan zoom maker function is also very helpful to make professional slide show.

"Great product, great support"

Pros
It's easy to use, allows a lot of control and once you get the hang of it, makes a tedious, fiddly job easy to do in a snap. Most of all, the support was prompt, helpful and human, not just a redirection to hopeless FAQs.
Cons
Not everything is completely intuitive so it takes a little while figure out what each bit does.
Summary
I have now bought three of Aleo's products and before that spent a lot of time trawling the net and trying out test versions of various products. This is by far the best I found and at a very reasonable price. What really made me a fan though, was the fact that when I couldn't work out how to do something, they answered my query quickly and kept in contact until it was sorted out. In my experience this is a rare and wonderful thing. I highly recommend the software and company.
