"The only M+E software that does the job for Donor projects."

Pros
It is modern, easy to use, set up quickly, follows Donor guidelines, has great charts and is free. Its the only real choice for Donor-funded aid projects. Also, the supplier's financial management system (AidProject FMS) is excellent.
Cons
Would benefit from more Period Value totals displayed by Location and Performance Indicator. An option to freeze the update of Target values is desirable. Looking forward to future versions.
