Pros
I think the software would be wonderful, but even though I paid for it, I never received registration to activate it, a link to download the product, or a refund.
Cons
Absolutely NO customer service, will not respond to emails, phone number is not valid, and the company they use for payments, RegSoft.com, Inc., also has VERY poor reviews online. Look elsewhere before purchasing from WinSoftMagic.com
Summary
This review is unfortunate since I think their product was just what I needed. If they come through, I will re-post.
The day after I submitted my bad review (because I never got the product and NO customer service) I received my software reg. number. I am satisfied, and the product is good.

Updated on Jul 10, 2013I finally received my product information from WinSoftMagic a week after I ordered it. I should have gotten the info emailed to me immediately. Since I needed it for a job, I had to purchase a different software during that week. I am still not happy with the customer service, but the product is good.
