"No Support!"
Version: AddWeb Website Promoter 8.0.3.5
Pros
Seems to very well put together and somewhat user-friendly.
Cons
I bought version 7 in 2004 with a database subscription for a year, have been trying to renew and upgrade now for nearly 3 months, service-traq does not work, there is no response when you call tech-support and when you try and update on their web site you get a web server error! Leaves a bitter taste in your mouth and one of not trusting the product one bit.

"Waste of time - Poor Tech Support"
Version: AddWeb Website Promoter 8.0.3.5
Pros
"Articles" give good information - stuff I never thought about when promoting your website.
Cons
It looked good until I started to set it up. Complicated! When setting "categories" I started getting error messages and program locked. I had to email tech support for help. They suggested I try a couple of things but their suggestion didn't even correspond with the area I was having difficulty with. Program was unusable after this point (just clicking in any category box froze the program). You cannot submit to search engines without having categories picked. I replied to tech support who said "I'm not experiencing that problem. Sorry. Don't want to waste your time - return the program for a refund". Don't know about anyone else but I've never been able to return software for a refund (copying/piracy issues). I finally uninstalled, reinstalled and trying again to set up but "categories setup" again causes problems and stuck at 77%. I called tech support, was put on hold, then told to leave a message.
Don't waste your time with this one!

"Just good for beginners"
Version: AddWeb Website Promoter 8.0.3.5
Pros
Offers a lot of tools for all kinds of SEO tasks.
Cons
Tools are pretty limited and not very easy to use. You'd better be off with WebCEO (my choice because it has a free version) or WPG (another reputable SEO software but you will have to buy after the trial expires).
