Couldn't detect my network card

- They get a big thumbs up for rapid response to my questions. Installs and uninstalls easily and cleanly.

- From what I saw, this would have been a good software utlity to have but on the computer I needed it on, they couldn't help me get it to recognize the network card. Their final suggestion was to install it on another computer which would have defeated the reason I needed the software in the first place. They were very responsive to all my questions and I feel they did give an honest effort to help me but it would have been nice if they had something to help identify why their software had the problem. Even if it was a cryptic analysis file that I had to send to them. I mean, after all, Windows knew there was a network card. Bottom line: I wish it would have worked.

- I recently installed active wall and so far this program is great! It does exactly what I need it to do, without the security risk and investment in a proxy server as all I really need to do is monitor the bandwidth/traffic from each pc.
