Easy to use and good reports can be produced without any scripting.

Summary
The ability to create reports easily and quickly on most aspects I can think of, that I would like to report on. It's the only application I've been able to find (that offers so many options for reporting purposes).

Pros
It installs relatively easy.
Cons
The application you download will do nothing without a reg.xml file. It is totally inoperable.
Summary
If you are going to charge $300 for a product, I think you need to offer a working version so potential customers know what they are getting into. Requiring the user to fill out a web form to request a reg.xml to get any functionality is not good customer service.
